Multi-service PDH Fiber Optical Multiplexer FiberMix 2801-120FE is a series ideal standalone transmission device of optical fiber for point-to-point networks, medium-sized and small capacity networks, such as wireless communication base stations, private communication networks and switch networks. It is used to transfer E1, V.35 and fast Ethernet service over optical fiber up to 120 kilometers.

It can be applied to either public networks or various private networks. The transmission capacity of RCMS2802 is various according to the different part number with different deployment mode. FiberMix 2801-120FE has local/remote alarm indicators on front panel and local/remote loop-back function benefiting fault location. Additionally its advanced features such as remote device power-off alarm provide carriers a flexible and reliable transmission solution of multiple E1, V.35 and Ethernet. Its V.35 interface works on DCE to connect with DTE mode V.35 device and it can also be linked with other DCE device through cross connecting cable.

FiberMix 2801-120FE can be local managed through craft terminal when used classically point-to-point with another FiberMix 2801-120FE, and on the other hand it can work with RCMS2802 module which inserted in managed RC006 chassis or with OPCOM3500E to realize SNMP remote management.
