How can I setup the speed rate of Dynamix UM-S4 for LAN port connection?

Dynamix UM-S - SHDSL (Single-Paired High Speed Digital Subscriber
Loop) router complies with G.992.2 standard and support 10/100 Base-T
auto-negotiation for Ethernet ports.
If Dynamix UM-S4 SHDSL modem/router is connected to a network card with a speed 10 Mbps also speed of its port will be 10 Mbps and if to a network card with a speed 100 Mbps - that speed of port will be 100 Mbps.
