How can I setup the SNR margin for SHDSL?

SNR margin is an index of line connection. You can see the actual SNR margin in STATUS SHDSL.
The larger SNR margin, the better line connection.
If you set SNR margin in the field as 2, the SHDSL connection will drop and reconnect when the
SNR margin is lower than 2.
On the other hand, the device will reduce the line rate and reconnect for better line connection.
